At Wearivo, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason. Whether the size wasn’t right or the style didn’t meet your expectations, we want you to be happy.
Conditions for Returns:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Return the item(s) within 21 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
To start a return, email us at support@wearivo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. In your message, be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing your request, we will either replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you. Additionally, we’ll cover the return shipping for damaged or defective items.
3. Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
