1. Processing Time

We handle all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing your order, we’ll send a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, it may take an extra day or two to process your order.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States 5–10 business days
  • Europe 5–12 business days
  • Canada 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

We calculate shipping costs at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. This way, you always know what to expect before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once we ship your package, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your Wearivo account to track your order status at any time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

If you’re ordering from outside our base country, your shipment may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to check availability.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@wearivo.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to help you track it or arrange a solution.
